Convention 2016

The MOAA Pennsylvania Council of Chapters (PA COC) will hold its biennial convention on September 16th and 17th, 2016 hosted by the Lancaster Chapter (PA03).  The site of the convention will be the Heritage Hotel, located at 500 Centerville Road, Lancaster, PA 17601.  Detailed information about the venue, lodging and making reservations, if needed, is at Annex A.

The convention consists of a reception for the delegates and their spouses and guests, which will be held at the hotel from 1800 to 2100 hours on Friday evening, September 16th and a general delegate session, which will be held from 0830 to 1700 hours on Saturday, September 17th also at the hotel.  Detailed information is at Annex B.

There will be a separate program on Saturday, September 17 specifically for spouses and guests who accompany the convention delegates.  Detailed information is at Annex E.

The members and leadership of the Lancaster chapter are pleased to be hosting this important and informative gathering and hope as many chapter members from throughout the commonwealth will choose to join us.  There are some time critical dates in the annexes, so you are encouraged to register as soon as possible if you are planning to attend.
